Disclaimer & Agreement by Engaging in our Services:

Before using online coaching, make sure you are cleared to exercise by a physician. By using this coaching, you agree that you understand the risks associated with exercise and hold harmless Jo du Jour and its Employees and Managers from the risks associated with an activity that include, but are not limited to, sprains, muscle pulls, heart attack, and death. Refunds are not available; if you do not adhere to the program, we cannot force you to get results. Failing to cooperate, provide video feedback, or answer questions can lead to your coaching being terminated. We require cooperation to help you get results. Results vary due to the vast variables around a training program; we cannot control what you do out of the time of your session with Jo du Jour; however, we are here for you & recommend you share your activities outside of our training sessions. Please try to keep the messages brief and relevant when communicating with us. The longer messages are, the harder it will be for us to respond in time; this is why we recommend check-in calls and live sessions to discuss any issues at length thoroughly. Communication is responded to within two days (except weekends). We have a busy schedule trying to provide the most value we can via creating videos for us to teach you in your online coaching, as well as programming & assessing movement, therefore I cannot always answer messages promptly but ask you to message if you need us more urgently & we will do our best to respond as swiftly as possible. We work hard to bring you video explanations and tutorials, so you don't have to pay hourly 1-1 for this advice. I am always working to increase value & efficiency; hence please respect that we are doing many things to make this service a reality & therefore ask you to be cooperative in messages. If you find communication difficult in texts/emails, we advise 1-1 video check-ins as an add-on to help us get you the right amount of help you need.
